1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between Liveescape-Frankfurt and the individual customers, company and group members (hereinafter referred to as "customers") and form an integral part of any contract between them. For legal transactions between AIS GmbH and the customer, the following general terms and conditions shall apply in their current version.
Tickets can be purchased at the box office, connected ticket offices, as well as in writing, by telephone or via the Internet. The terms and conditions of the pre-sales offices may differ. If the order is made in writing, by telephone or via the Internet, a customer or order number will be communicated as confirmation either verbally or in writing (for Internet sales via e-mail). Every order of tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation and commits to the acceptance and payment of the ordered tickets.
The customer agrees with the purchase of admission tickets to these terms and conditions without restriction.
The performances are assigned to different price classes, which are listed in the publications. The prices are especially for the Internet and / or per notice at the place of play. Errors and changes excepted.
With the purchase of an entrance ticket, the right of attendance is acquired for a 60 minute copyright-protected room theater event.
Our entrance fees include 19 % sales tax.
Private customers can book or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the booking.
All other bookings are binding from the booking without stoning.
Transfers are only possible with our consent.

Cloakroom and property
It is not permitted to bring clothes items (coats, umbrellas, rucksacks, etc.) to the places according to the Ordinance. Likewise, walking aids and similar items may only be taken into the event rooms if it is ensured that they can not interfere with the traffic routes during evacuation.
Found objects of all kinds are to be given to the wardrobe staff. The loss of items must also be reported to the wardrobe staff.
Sound, photo and film recordings
At the venue, sound, photo and film recordings are strictly prohibited for copyright reasons. Violations are punishable under the Copyright Act. Recording equipment and cameras of all kinds must not be taken into the auditorium.
In the case of infringements, the house staff are entitled to collect recording equipment and cameras and to keep them until the end of the event. Films and recording materials of all kinds, on which parts of the performance are recorded, can be collected and kept by the theater. They will be handed over to the owner if he has agreed to the deletion of the recordings.
Customers of the Zimmer Theater declare their consent to the fact that the theater makes sound, photo and film recordings during the course of the event and reproduces and publishes them without temporal or spatial restrictions. The consent is expressly made without waiving any claim for compensation.
Home Law / House Rules
Individuals can be referred from the current performance if they disturb them or bother other guests. In addition, access may be refused if there is a reasonable presumption that the person will disturb the performance or bother other guests and / or if the house rules have already been infringed. The organizer can exclude these persons from the performance or pronounce a house ban on these persons. In these cases, the entrance fee will not be reimbursed.
Objects which are suitable for disturbing the performance (e.g., mobile phones, electronic clocks) are to be switched off. For safety reasons, no bulky objects (bags, backpacks, child seats, etc.) should be carried into the event rooms. Pets are not allowed.
